Registration is now open for the AACTEV8 Spiritual Work Retreat (SWR) 2024.

Dr Ogbonnaya will be hosting a group of his advanced students, as well as others who are interested in this retreat event to attend the Spiritual Work Retreat in Bali, Indonesia. Though the location may be exotic and conducive for a vacation, THIS IS NOT A VACATION. THIS WILL BE A TIME OF SPIRITUAL WORK, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT.

This will be our 2nd trip to Bali, Indonesia. It is:

If you attended the retreat in 2022, 2023 or are familiar, you can attest to the fact that we will be learning some powerful spiritual technologies you can use to walk in your position as a son and influence the world around you, as God intended. Please adhere to the guidelines set for your learning experience to be successful. The Spiritual Work Retreat will no doubt "be work" but the payoff from that work, and what will be learned, will benefit you and the world for generations to come.

* (deposit of $350USD + $1,250USD remaining for those staying at the official retreat hotel/or + $1,550USD all other properties)

You may choose to bring cash in-person to VUMC as well, BUT give specifically to either Monique or Eddie. ANY monies given to Dr O will be regarded as donation only. Please keep in mind no one’s spot is considered fully secured until their initial deposit has successfully been made + remaining registration paid

ALL INDIVIDUAL REGISTRANTS MUST SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY PRIOR TO THE SPIRITUAL WORK RETREAT.

IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, an NDA must be read, completed and returned prior to retreat attendance.

Allianz Travel Insurance is available through Eddie or Monique for travel, transportation or health issues that may arise during your travel experience.

Once a deposit per person has been successfully made, and you have completed the above bullet points, you will be recognized on our list as "registered".

BALANCE PAYMENTS

You can make payments at your discretion to pay off the remaining registration fee ($1,450USD for all that will stay at the official retreat hotel/or + $1,750USD for those staying at lodging other than the official retreat hotel) via a "payments" link that will also be emailed to you once you have secured your spot. By using this particular "payments" link you'll be able to make balance payments whereby you can adjust the amount you pay, again at your discretion.

PAYMENT BENCHMARKS

ALL REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID-OFF ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE. You're certainly welcome to make larger payments or payoff early, but at least pay:

50% NO LATER than MAY 31, 2024. >>>ALL FUNDS WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE BY 5/31/24

75% NO LATER than JULY 19, 2024.

100% NO LATER than AUGUST 28, 2024.

Anyone not Paid In Full by AUGUST 28, 2024 will be assessed a per person $160.00USD late fee.

Conrad Bali Hotel & Resort

Conrad Bali is a beachfront resort with access to the white sandy beach and various dining options. Its enormous outdoor pool is open to guests 24 hours. It offers free WiFi and free shuttle bus services to Bali Collection's shopping.

The spacious rooms come with private balconies overlooking the ocean or garden. Modern comforts like a free pillow menu and coffee maker can be enjoyed in all rooms. In-room entertainment facilities include a flat-screen cable/satellite TV and DVD player.

Conrad Bali is a short 5-minute drive from a variety of shops and dining outlets at Bali Collection. It is 6.2 mi from Kuta area and Ngurah Rai International Airport. Seminyak area is 11 mi away.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options are served in an outdoor setting at Suku Restaurant, while Japanese cuisine with a twist can be enjoyed at RIN. Mediterranean and seafood dishes are served at the beachfront Eight Degrees South. Light refreshments and drinks may be enjoyed at East Bar and Azure Bar.

TRANSPORTATION & LODGING

Everyone will be responsible for their own lodging and air transportation. The official retreat hotel is the Conrad Bali Hotel & Resort. AACTEV8 strongly suggests attendees stay at the Conrad Bali. We have blocked a certain number of rooms at the retreat hotel and arranged “retreat-only” incentivized rates* ** for those attendees. Attendees will independently book their own lodging and transportation to and from the airport directly with the hotel and pay separately for their stay during the retreat. AACTEV8 will not be involved in arranging or managing anyone's personal lodging in any capacity. The "retreat-only" cost for lodging at the hotel will be very reasonable considering this is a 5 star hotel. You are even able to share a room and split the cost if you so choose. Additional pullout beds are available for an additional cost per bed, per room.

* For all attendees not staying at the Conrad Bali Hotel between Sept 30 - Oct 4, you are not eligible for the discounted retreat rate for the retreat registration and will therefore be required to pay the additional $300USD retreat registration fee.

Any pre or post retreat lodging at other hotels has no impact either way on anyone's eligibility for the retreat registration discount.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I "secure my spot" for the Spiritual Work Retreat in Bali?

The way to "Secure your spot" for the retreat is to pay a deposit of $350 + processing fee and then sign and return the AACTEV8 non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The NDA will be emailed to you once your deposit has been successfully paid.

2. Should we contact the hotel by phone to book a room or do we book a room on the website of the hotel?

You may book a room by calling the Conrad Bali Reservation Team by phone or book a room by using the online link created specifically for this event. Both will be provided to you once you have "secured your spot" by paying your initial deposit.

3. There are many ways to book a room using all kinds of booking sites. Can I apply the discount code on such a site?

Unfortunately, we can only apply the special rate through our attendee link. Any other booking sites will be based on published rates.

4. The SWR starts on Monday, Sept 30 and ends on Friday, Oct 4th. Will there be additional activities on the days preceding and following the SWR?

There are no additional activities on the days preceding the SWR. All guests can arrive 2 to 3 days ahead of time before the SWR, and stay an additional 2 to 3 day after the retreat concludes, at the same rate.
